School's out of session, but the Future Farmers of America (FFA) are continuing to raise money for organization trips.
On Sunday, May 24, the Madison County High School (MCHS) FFA chapter announced they would be selling country meat snack sticks to raise money for a student trip to the National FFA Convention to be held at the end of October. The local FFA chapter does not have a sufficient vehicle to transport all attendees, therefore, money is being raised to purchase airline tickets to the convention that will be held in Indiana.
The flavors of the meat sticks include: country delight, hot barbecue, hot cajun, pepperoni, ghost fire, mango habanero, sweet barbecue, sweet annie brown, old #9, original smoked hickory, bold teriyaki and sweet maple bacon.
