Reciprocal Ministries International (RMI) recently spotlighted Pinetta native Tessa Andrews for her hard work and dedication to the ministry in Haiti. She is an integral part of the Hope For Kidz, where she is described as doing “a little bit of everything.”
Andrews travels to schools, photographs the children, translates sponsors' letters to children, inputs information into their system and takes videos of children, again providing needed translation. “Her good grasp of the Creole language helps her quite a bit in her ministry with these kids,” said a ministry official.
Andrews has recently returned to Haiti after a successful trip home to raise funds for the coming year. Grateful to have her needs met, she has resumed her busy schedule, keeping track of approximately 2,900 students across 130 schools. Though her schedule can be hectic, Andrews' love for Jesus and the people of Haiti continues to fuel her passion to minister to others and share His love everywhere she goes.
