The Spirit of Greenville Committee is sponsoring fireworks on July 4th. The fireworks will be shot off over the pond in Haffye Hays Park once it is dark.
Madison
The Madison Lions Club will have their annual Fourth of July God and Country Celebration at Lake Frances on July 4th. The Freedom 5K and Fun Run starts at 8 a.m. at Four Freedoms Trail. Registration is at 7:30 a.m. at the Genesis Missionary Baptist Church. Entertainment and vendors will start at 3 p.m. around Lake Frances. The dedication ceremony for the Madison Lions Club Pavilion will start at 5 p.m. Fireworks will begin once it is dark.
