The 55 Plus Club will meet on Wednesday Jan. 13 and their program for the month is about recycling.
The guest speaker for the program will be Jerome Wyche, Coordinator of Madsion County Recycling and Solid Waste. Mr. Wyche will provide information about ways to recycle and will answer questions about recycling.
The 55 Plus Club is open to all Madison County residents who are 55 years old and older. All faiths and races are welcome, and no reservations are necessary. There are no fees of any kind. The club extends an invite to just come and enjoy a good lunch, fellowshipand an informative program.
The church that is hosting the January luncheon is Pinetta United Methodist Church. Lunch is served at 12 p.m.
The 55 Plus Club meets the second Wednesday of each month except for June, July and August at the United Methodist Cooperative Ministry Center on Highway 145 about five miles North of Madison.
