The 55 Plus Club will meet on October 14 and the program will be about the Madison County Memorial Hospital’s TeleStroke Program. The presenters for the program are Chief Executive Officer Tammy Stevens, Chief Nursing Officer Jared Swift and Administrative Liaison Crystal Lee. An update on the services the hospital offers will be provided as well as future plans for physician recruitment of specialists. The Endoscopy Program will also be discussed. The 55 Plus Club is open to all Madison County residents who are 55 years old and older.
All faiths and races are welcome, and no reservations are necessary. There are no fees of any kind. Just come and enjoy a good lunch, fellowship and an interesting program. The Cherry Lake United Methodist Churh is the host for the October program. Lunch will be served at 12 p.m. with the program following. The 55 Plus Club meets the second Wednesday of every month, from September through May at the United Methodist Center located on Highway 145 about five miles north of Madison.
