I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for the excellent medical and rehabilitative care I recently received while a patient at the Madison County Memorial Hospital. The nursing staff, certified nursing assistants and support staff were especially skilled, caring, attentive, friendly, and reliable in taking care of my individual health care needs. The outpatient admissions and other supporting hospital staff were also very helpful, friendly and accommodating of visiting family members and friends while still adhering to the restrictions placed on the hospital due to the COVID virus. Dr. Blaine Payne, our primary physician, has provided continuous “around the clock” monitoring of my health status and rehabilitation. She kept my family informed on a daily basis of my health care needs and provided us with current, updated medical information to aid in decision-making regarding evaluation and treatment. Madison County is very fortunate to have a facility such as Madison County Memorial Hospital and Rehabilitative services in our hometown that provides quality hospital patient care as well as patient rehabilitative therapy services. Once again, thank you for your team effort and the quality of support and services you provide at Madison County Memorial Hospital. - Wes Kelley and Family
