Agnes Clare Howard (Aggie - or “Punk” to her family), 85, died Sunday, Dec. 12, 2021, after a short illness. She was born Nov. 4, 1936, in Madison, Fla., to Samuel Guy Morrow and Clare Wadsworth Morrow.
Aggie graduated from Madison High School and then earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Barry University, in Miami, Fla. Aggie served in the US Navy and was stationed at the Great Lakes Naval Base. She was proud to be a nurse for Doctors Peter Allegretti and Dennis Grollo for over 25 years.
Aggie was predeceased by the love of her life, her husband, Leon James Howard, Jr., her parents and a sister, Kathryn Morrow Stanley. She is survived by her children, Marjorie Clare Howard (husband Steve Beno) and her son, Spencer Guy Howard; two grandchildren, Alexandra and Nathan; two sisters, Missy Morrow Jones and Jean Morrow Benson and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grand nephews.
If you were lucky enough to know Aggie, you loved her, and she is missed.
