The 2019-2020 school year at Greenville Elementary School (GES) kicked off to a great start with our P.R.I.D.E (honor roll), I.M.A.G.E (good behavior and maintenance of 70 percent in four core areas), SHINING STAR (citizenship) and Accelerated Reading celebrations, and we wanted them to continue.
As we ventured out into the world of distance learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Virtual PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention Support) gave us the power to create a positive school climate outside of the classroom that led to better learning outcomes.
A very special thanks to the Rotary Club of Madison, Mr. Christopher Neal, Dairy Queen, Pizza Hut and all private sponsors for partnering with us to make this happen. We appreciate the hard work that students, parents, teachers and our entire staff put forth to ensure the success of our students during the transition to distance learning. Because of each of you, GES continues to be a great place to learn!
Sincerely grateful,
Geraldine Wildgoose, Principal
