Angie and Ron McCoon stepped out in faith several months ago, believing God wanted them to do something that would impact people who weren’t that interested in church attendance. The result of that call was a backyard revival held in their yard.
The success of that maiden voyage into the unknown has the McCoons hosting another revival at their home on Saturday, Oct. 16, beginning at 3:30 p.m.
Various testimonies will begin the event, followed by refreshments. Afterwards, a special message will be given by Clyattville Baptist Church Pastor Scott Singletary. The meeting will be held under a large tent, so the weather will not be a factor.
At the first event, there were visitors from several neighboring counties who were blessed by attending. Powerful stories of being healed from going through an abortion and being set free from suicidal thoughts were shared. “We stood in awe as we came to understand that there were souls whose steps had been ordered, from as far away as New York, to hear the words that they did not know would be just for them,” said Angie.
Everyone is invited to this special meeting, held at 8824 SE Farm Rd., in Lee. For more information, call (559) 908-2738.
