The November Business After Hours was held at Buckeye Community Federal Credit Union, located at 424 W. Base St. in Madison.
Friends, community leaders, business owners/employees, and Chamber members all gathered at the bank to enjoy good food, fun and fellowship.
Buckeye Community Federal Credit Union expanded into Madison County in May of this year, acquiring the office and business of the Citizens State Bank, of Madison. The same friendly staff still remains to serve the citizens of Madison County and their needs.
The Credit Union hours are: lobby 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Friday; the drive thru is open from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday – Friday.
Buckeye Community Federal Credit Union is offering great specials right now during the Christmas season:
A three night four day cruise with any loan that is greater than $10,000 in value
A visa reward credit card at 0.99 percent for purchases and balance transfers.
The next Business After Hours will be held at the Madison Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, Dec. 20, from 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Go out and enjoy the Christmas spirit and celebrate with friends while enjoying delicious Christmas treats and drinks.
The Business After Hours mixers have become popular social and networking events offered in a casual, comfortable atmosphere. They are held on the third Tuesday of each month at the office location of a Chamber member. It’s an opportunity for Chamber members to form relationships, which strengthen community bonds; because people do business with people they know.
The Madison County Chamber of Commerce hopes that with these once-a-month “Business After Hours” mixers, that fellow business owners, and the community at large, will get to know each other better and become more familiar with what Madison’s small businesses have to offer.
Remember to mark your calendar for Dec. 20 to visit the Madison Chamber of Commerce during this fun occasion.
