A Taylor County teen was injured following a single vehicle wreck on CR 14, at approximately 8:50 a.m.

According to Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) reports, Kameron Tanner, 19, of Perry, was traveling on CR 14, at the intersection of Callahan Loop, when a deer crossed her path. Tanner, in an attempt to avoid collision with the deer, lost control of her 2014 Toyota Corolla. The vehicle struck a utility pole and then overturned. Tanner was wearing her seatbelt and was not ejected from the vehicle.
Tanner was transported by Madison County EMS to Doctor’s Memorial Hospital in Perry, with minor injuries.
