Cary Hardee of Hardee Law Firm, PL was the guest speaker. He delivered an informative presentation on the legal actions which must be taken when a person dies. He discussed subjects such as probate, establishing a trust and choosing a trustworthy personal respresentative. Attendees asked Hardee questions about updating their will, the costs of setting up a trust, the benefits of establishing a trust over a will and the need for a durable family power of attorney.
