CenterWell Home Health, formerly known as Kindred at Home, held their open house and ribbon cutting on Thursday, Sept. 1. Attendees gathered at the office of CenterWell Home Health, located at 378 E Base St., Suite 210, in Madison, at 10 a.m. to tour the new facility and meet the staff.
Home health is skilled care provided in the comfort of a residence. Care is focused on helping an individual manage a chronic condition and/or recover from acute illness, surgery, accident or change in medical condition. Some of the services CenterWell Home Health offers are: skilled nursing, home health aide services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and medical social work.
