A total of three Madison County High School (MCHS) Cowboy basketball players have been named to the Tallahassee Democrat All-Big Bend Basketball Team. Each year, the list is comprised to recognize the talents of local athletes.
Zechariah Jones, a junior forward for the Cowboys, was named to the Second Team All-Big Bend Team. Jones averaged 15.1 points and 8.1 rebounds per game for the Cowboys. Demarvion Brown, a senior guard, was named Honorable Mention. Brown averaged 12.7 points and 6.2 rebounds per game during this season. Sophomore Cowboy forward Zarrion Robinson also received Honorable Mention honors. Robinson was good for 9.1 points and 6.2 rebounds per game.
The Cowboys amassed a 20-6 record this past season, which marked the fourth year in a row the Cowboys have won 20 or more games.
