For Roderick "RJ" Williams, deciding on where to go to further his education after his senior year of high school may come down to east coast or west coast. The Cowboy defensive back has received offers from both sides of the country so far.
Williams received an offer from Stetson University earlier this year. Stetson is a private, liberal arts university affiliated with the Baptist church and is located in Deland, Fla. Williams has also received an offer from Whittier College, in Whittier, Calif. Whittier is located in Southern California, between Los Angeles and Anaheim.
Defensively, Williams had 22 solo tackles and 10 assists for the Cowboys. He also had four tackles-for-loss and a fumble recovery. Williams was also called on to take snaps at the quarterback position in a back-up capacity.
Williams is the son of Rod and Jada Williams.
