Rick Patrick  rick@greenepublishing.com Charlie has been at the Madison County Sheriff’s Office Animal Services kennel for 182 days and, according to his caretakers, is “absolutely the perfect package of brains and sweetness.” Charlie is just under a year old, is heart worm negative, neutered and is up to date on all his vaccines. Through Friday, June 21, Charlie’s adoption fee will be waived.
