Drug charge ends with 54-month sentence

Mark Feagle in the Madison County Courthouse to answer to the charge of possession with intent to sell/deliver within 1,000 feet of a child care facility. Mendheim admitted the violation and was in turn sentenced to 54 months in the custody of the Department of Corrections. She also had her probation revoked and terminated.
