Final pass for debris clean up planned

Madison County Emergency Management Contributor Final debris collection for county maintained roads began on Thursday, Jan. 9, and will run until completed.  The debris contractors have made their final assessment of remaining debris on rights of ways. Any debris put out after the pickup will become the responsibility of the landowner.
