Flooding woes continue for Madison County

Rick Patrick  rick@greenepublishing.com Although Debby did not bring the kind of wind damage her older sister, Idalia, brought almost a year ago, she did leave an indelible mark on Madison County in the form of flooding. In her aftermath, Debby has left severe flooding in many parts of Madison County, especially in the southeastern area near St. Augustine and Kayak Roads.  “We would like to thank the community and everyone that stepped in and helped us,” said Brice and Ande Putnal
