Frankie Jean Johnson, 86, of Madison, Fl., passed away on Monday, May 4. The Houston County, Alabama native lived most of her life in Live Oak, was a former member of Philadelphia Baptist Church for 50 years and current member of Unity Baptist Church in Madison. Ms. Johnson is survived by her daughter, Cheryell Johnson Thomas (Roy), Madison, Fl.; brother-in-law, James Ray Johnson (Yolanda), Tampa, Fl.; three grandchildren: Debbie Thomas, Melissa (Patrick) Bowen and David Thomas; two great-grandchildren: Alexis Bowen and Patrick Bowen, Jr.; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, O’Neal Johnson; sisters: Elaine Hughes and Carol Lorraine Gunther; and brother-in-law, Arnold Gunther. Services were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 7 at Philadelphia Baptist Church with Rev. Jeff Wallen officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery.
