Aucilla Christian Academy's (ACA) Brady Browning is a three-sport athlete, but it will be baseball that will be providing Browning with the opportunity to continue his education. The ACA honor student has committed to play baseball for the Argonauts of the University of West Florida (UWF).
Brady plays third base and shortstop for the Warriors and has seen limited time on the mound. Through his sophomore and a shortened junior seasons, Browning has an impressive .424 batting average along with a .624 on base percentage with 28 hits, 26 RBIs and 22 stolen bases. During his mound appearances, he had a 2.21 earned run average with 22 strike-outs and 12 walks.
"Brady is one of the hardest working student athletes I have ever coached," said ACA Baseball Coach Willy Gamalero. "His dedication to the game as well as to making others better around him is admirable! We are so excited for this next chapter in his athletic and scholastic journey."
While at UWF, Browning plans to study either electrical or mechanical engineering. He is the son of Mark and Jennifer Browning of Madison.
