This past April, Sam Nash, son of Clint and Missy Nash, was involved in a vehicle accident in Daytona, Fla., where he was attending Embry Riddle Aeronautical College. Sam was traveling on his motorcycle when he was struck by another vehicle. He suffered multiple fractures, including to his ankle and elbow as well as a femur fracture that required extensive surgery. Along with these injuries, he suffered a concussion that has impacted his vision and hearing. Sam was able to return home to Madison with his family and friends upon being released from the hospital, but his road to recovery will be a long one. The financial burden has been significant as well.
During this difficult time, Missy has continued to serve the most precious patients in the Madison community through her service as a Nurse Practitioner at Little Pine Pediatrics. Her co-workers have organized this event to help with the ongoing financial burden from the accident.
Join in giving back to the Nash family on Friday, Aug. 4, by purchasing a slab of ribs for $30. Donations can also be made at Madison County Community Bank to an account that has been set up in their name.
To place your order, call Little Pine Pediatrics at (850) 253-2275 or stop by to pay in advance. Payments or donations can also be sent via Venmo to @MelissaClintNash. Orders are due by Monday, July 31.
Ribs will be prepared by Timmy Dyke and ready for pick up at Little Pine Pediatrics, in Madison, between 3 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Local delivery of orders of five or more slabs of ribs will be available courtesy of representatives of Tri-County Electric Cooperative, where Clint serves as the Cooperative Foreman.
Clint, Missy, Sam and his brother, Seth, express their heartfelt appreciation for the love and prayers they have received and continue to receive through the healing process.
