On Tuesday evening, July 18, the parking lot was busy, and the church sanctuary was full – not for a church function, but for school registration. New students and returning students, along with their parents came out to hear the school’s principal, Justin Riegsecker, share his vision for the coming school year. Also, as he spoke, he also addressed some dress code changes and policy changes.
The biggest dress code change is that cargo pants will no longer be allowed. The pants must now have a more tailored look. The color selection has not changed – they can still be black, tan, brown, blue or khaki. Students must continue to wear polo shirts in solid colors (white is not acceptable). The NTCS embroidery is no longer required on the shirts; however, for those wishing to have it, a seamstress is available upon request. There is a small fee for this service. Call Jane McClung at (850) 971-5414 if interested.
It is not too late to register new students. If you’re interested in learning more about the school, contact Riegsecker at (850) 973-3877.
