This Sunday. Aug. 27, Madison Church of God is having a special service for those who haven’t been to church in months, years, or weeks. This campaign is being started for people to come back to church to share the love of Jesus Christ with family and friends who don’t know Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.
According to the church’s pastor, Jason Justus, “Back 2 Church is actually a national campaign which attempts to draw everyone back in church now that the summer traveling has ended.
What’s with this special day? “Oh,” Pastor Justus assures everyone, ”It will be a great day! Come expecting the unexpected to happen!”
The church has two children’s churches. There is a class for two to four-year-olds. This class meets in the main sanctuary building. (You will receive a security card, which you must present in order to pick up your child after the service).
There is also a program for the kindergarten – fifth-grade children. (Again, please don’t forget to check in your child in the Family Life Center and receive your security card for your child.)
Madison Church of God is located at 771 NE Colin Kelly Hwy., in Madison. “Come as a guest; leave as family!”
