Greenville Town Council addresses member absences

Rick Patrick  rick@greenepublishing.com It has been an issue in the past with the Greenville Town Council when council members rack up a large number of absences. The Greenville Town Charter addressed this issue in the past and provided for the removal of council members who had a certain number of absences from meetings. That provision was since removed from the charter. During the regular meeting of the Greenville Town Council on Monday, Feb. 17, Council Member Carl Livingston asked if
