Guy Charles Reynolds, age 79, who was a resident of Greenville, Fla., for the past 2.4 years, joined his Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, Feb. 7, 2022.
He is survived by his wife, Diana; his children: Suzanne (David) Schweitzer, Guy S. (Rosemary) Reynolds, Linda (Bryan) Penn, Edward Lozano, John Lozano and Mark (Renee) Lozano; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one sister, Gail Chandler and brother-in-law, Donald Chandler. He was predeceased by his parents, Howard George Reynolds and Mary (Maslak) Reynolds.
Mr. Reynolds was a Sgt. First Class U.S. Army Airborne Ranger Certified and owner and operator of a heavy construction business. He was a motor vehicle inspector for the State of Connecticut, a deputy chief, volunteer fireman and a Chaplain for Truckstop Ministries for 25 years.
A viewing for Mr. Reynolds will be held from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 9, at Beggs Funeral Home, located at 235 NW Orange Ave., in Madison.
A Burial Office Rite II will be held for Mr. Reynolds' family, friends and fellow believers at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, located at the corner of North Horry and West Marion, in Madison, at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 11. Interment will be held at a later date in Pink Ravine Cemetery, on Bone Hill Road Road, in Mansfield, Conn.
