Hanson UMC to host Christian Swing

The Hanson United Methodist Church invites everyone to celebrate Halloween and attend the Christian Swing party on Friday, October 30, beginning at 6 p.m. The youngsters of Madison have been enjoying this happy time for years and each year it grows larger and larger. Games of all kinds are enjoyed throughout the evening by those attending: hanging doughnut eating contest, Halloween costume contest in two categories (homemade and store bought) and much more. Kids can roast hot dogs and marshmallows on the fire to make s'mores and take a hayride through out the back woods surrounding the church. To conclude the fun, there will be “Trunk or Treat.” To start their trip down the line of cars, the kids are asked to say their favorite Bible verse, if they have one. Come to Hanson United Methodist Church to enjoy all the fun and food! There will be plenty of candy for everyone!
