Heather Ainsley  news@greenepublishing.com Employee Appreciation Day is a holiday created by Dr. Bob Nelson, author of “1,001 Ways to Reward Employees.” This observance was founded by his publishing company, Workman's Publishing, to remind employers to thank their employees when they do good work.  It began as a day for companies to extend thanks to employees that make business processes possible, strengthening the bond between employers and their employees. Since the holiday’s
