Mr. Howard Wayne Mosier, age 63, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, Dec. 8, 2024, in Madison, Fla. Howard was born on the George Airforce Base, in California, on Dec. 19, 1960 to Kermit and June Curtis Mosier. Howard is preceded in death by his father, Kermit Mosier.
