Jack Fendal Crump, 82, of Lewisburg, Tenn., passed away on Friday, Dec. 11, 2020.
Jack was born on Feb. 7, 1938 to Tot Crump and Nora Ford Crump.
He was born and lived in Illinois for a short while, and then moved to Brooksville, Fla. in 1946. He then moved to Cherry Lake, Fla. in 1982. He remained in Cherry Lake for 23 years before moving to Lewisburg, Tenn. in 2005.
Jack was famous for meat cutting, which he had learned in his early years of life. He loved sketching and oil painting, and was very crafty with his hands; whether it be remodeling his home or fixing automobiles.
Jack is survived by his son, Jock Crump, of Lewisburg, Tenn.; his two daughters: Theresa Crump Diffie, of Brentwood, Tenn. and Connie Crump, of Long Island, N.Y.; five grandchildren: Scott Crump, of Illinois; Rebecca Crump Woodband, of Illinois; Jenna Crump Berry, of Decatur, Ala.; James Crump, of Lewisburg, Tenn. and Kylie Diffie, of Brentwood, Tenn.; and his daughter-in-law, Karen Crump, of Illinois.
Jack was predeceased by his son, Robert Crump.
In honor of Jack’s wishes, his children will scatter his ashes back “home” in Cherry Lake, Fla. A small memorial service will be held at that time.
