James Walter Sanders, 80, of Lee, Fla., passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family on Wednesday, June 26, 2024. James was born October 20, 1943 in Talladega, Ala. He was a 20-year and eight days veteran of the United States Army. He enjoyed family gatherings, fishing and exploring back country roads. James is preceded in death by his father, James William Sanders; and mother, Rosa Geraldine Kitrille; and a son-in-law, Michael Waddle. He is survived by his wife of 22 years,
