Joslin Ann Floyd, 65, passed away on Friday, Mar. 3, 2017 in Jacksonville, Fl., after a lengthy battle with cancer. Joslin was born on July 31, 1951 in Jacksonville, Fl.
Joslin was of the Baptist faith and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Madison. Joslin worked as a secretary with the Duval County Sheriff’s Office for 28 years.
Her husband, Roy Floyd, preceded Joslin in death.
Joslin is survived by her mother, Ann Bagley Thomas; one son, Christopher Scott Williams; three step-daughters: Stacy Holman (Eddie), Suzanne Pierce (Dan), and Stephanie Henningsen (John); two sisters, Terrie Conway and Elizabeth Austin; six grandchildren, one great-grandson, four nieces, two nephews, three great-nieces and nine great-nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, Mar. 8 at 11 a.m. at the Cherry Lake Methodist Cemetery with Tommy Bulla officiating. All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Madison.
