Keith S. Mosier passed away on Monday, April 3, 2017, in Aurora, In. He was born June 29, 1938, in Louisville, Ky. He was the son of the late Forest Mosier and Pearl Stephens Mosier . He dedicated 55 years of service to the road construction industry. He served as President of Paul H. Rohe Company and John R. Jurgensen Company. Mosier was a member of Mt. Sinai United Methodist Church, was active in Relay for Life, and Apple Pie Ministry at Mt. Sinai United Methodist Church. He was a member of Aurora Masonic Lodge #51, the Peace River Woodcarvers Club, and the Good Sam Out N' About Camping Club. He was a long-time lover of archaeology. Mosier was a classic car collector and a Lionel train collector. He also enjoyed fly-fishing and was known as the "Dessert King."
Surviving, are his loving wife of 44 years, Judy Mosier of Aurora; children, Sarah (Aaron) Craig of Bloomington, In., Doug (Natalie) Mosier of Aurora, Rebecca (Cometron) Dever of Columbus, In.; grandchildren, Chauncey and Amelia Craig, Elliott Mosier, and Hannah Dever. He was preceded in death by his parents, Forest and Pearl Mosier.
Friends were received on Thursday, April 6, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Mt. Sinai United Methodist Church, located at 9813 Mt. Sinai Rd., Aurora, In. Masonic services were held at 6:30 pm.
Services were held at 7 p.m., immediately following the visitation, and Pastor LaJo Dunbar officiated.
