Kiwanis apple sale underway

Mickey Starling  reporter3@greenepublishing.com The Kiwanis Club of Madison has their much anticipated annual apple sale underway. Orders must be completed by Monday, Oct.14. Apples will be available for pick up  on Wednesday, Oct. 23. As always, these delicious apples come freshly picked from Mercier Orchards, in Blue Ridge, Ga.  There are three sizes available for ordering: one half peck, which is approximately five to six lb., for $15; one peck, which weighs between 10 to 12 lb.,
