She met her forever love, Leon McQuay, whom she married in 1995. Together, they raised their son and three daughters in a loving environment.
Latasha's special love for her children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews are the main reasons she enjoyed childcare service.
Latasha's love for her family made her house into a home. She enjoyed cooking for them, and her specialty was soul food. She loved listening to music. She kept it spiritual with Gospel songs, yet lively and fun with R & B (including H-Town) for dancing. To wind down from her daily routine, she also found enjoyment in watching the television series, Little House on the Prairie.
Forever cherishing her loving memory are her husband, Leon McQuay, Sr. of Madison; children: Leon McQuay, Jr., Delaina McQuay, Qua'Teshia (Torrey) Howard and La'Tavia McQuay, all of Madison; grandchildren: McKenzie McQuay, Taziah Latimer, Ke'shanti Reaves, Karter Reaves, JaQuez Arnold, Jr., Ma'Liyah Mitchell and Rashee Mitchell; parents, James Tyson and Linda Miller, both of Madison; siblings: Michael Miller of Lake City, Fla., Anthony Miller of Madison, and Debra (Ernest) Allen of Midway, Fla.; along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and loving friends.
Final care and compassionate services are being provided to the McQuay family, with love, care and uncompromising dignity, by the Hall-Moore Funeral Directors at Tillman Funeral Home of Madison.
