Learning As I Go: I’ll get around to it

Once a month, I have the privilege of speaking at Honey Lake Cinic, a Christian recovery facility in Madison County. Each trip, I pass a house with a semi parked in the front yard, and I laugh to myself. This semi-truck has been sitting in the same place for so long, there are several trees growing through the back where it hitches to a trailer. I imagine the owner telling his wife, “I’ll get around to it,” over and over for years now. In his mind, he likely desires to get around to it,
