The Suwannee River Regional Library System presents their summer reading program at the Madison Public Library and the Lee Public Library. The theme for this year’s program is Every Hero Has A Story. There will be programs every week from now until July 25. At the Madison Public Library there will be two programs every Tuesday and Thursday. The Every Hero Has A Story program will be Tuesdays from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. and is described as a big event that features books, music, puppets, creative dramatics and special guests. The Unmask! Teens program will be Tuesdays from 2-3 p.m. and is described as a program specifically for teenagers.
The Super Heroes Preschool Storytime program will be Thursdays from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. and preschoolers will enjoy books, stories, puppets, crafts, creative dramatics and lots of audience participation. The Super Hero Fun Days program, for all ages, will be Thursdays from 2-3 p.m. and participants will enjoy a variety of special guests, movies or crafts. At the Lee Public Library, there will be programs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The Every Hero Has A Story program will be Mondays from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. The Super Hero Fun Days program will be Mondays from 3-4 p.m.
The Super Games Days program will be Wednesdays from 3-4 p.m. and children will play board games, computer games and more. The Unmask!
