At the regular meeting of the Madison City Commission on Tuesday, Dec. 13, District 5 Commissioner Judy Townsend was honored for her 20 years of service to the Madison City Commission.
Carol Westmoreland, Associate Director of the Florida League of Cities was on hand to present Townsend with the John Land Years of Service Award for her two decades of service to the citizens of District 5 and the rest of Madison.
Townsend thanked her family and the other commissioners for all their support and cooperation throughout the years.
