The Madison County Central School (MCCS) holds a monthly celebration to reward excellent behavior demonstrated by their students, called PRIDE. The central school uses the acronym PRIDE to include the following ideals: Positive behavior, Respect, It starts with me, Demonstrate ownership and Engaged in learning. All students who do not have a referral for the month get to participate in the MCCS PRIDE program. On Friday, Dec. 3, students with excellent behavior in November who did not receive a referral participated in games and fun organized activities planned by the MCCS staff and the Student Government Association (SGA) students of Madison County High School (MCHS). SGA students ran booths and activities for these well-behaved students to enjoy. Great job, MCCS students, and to the students of the MCHS SGA, thank you for your community involvement.
