Madison County High School FFA shines at Forestry Camp

Leah Androski reporter@greenepublishing.com Members of the Madison County High School (MCHS) Future Farmers of America (FFA) went to Forestry Camp from Sunday, July 21, through Friday, July 26, at O’Leno State Park, in High Springs, Fla., to learn about forestry careers and compete in obtaining the highest grade on the forestry certification test.  The students competed in activities in dendrology, timber cruising, compass and pacing, tree planting, fire fighting and disease/disorder
