It may seem early for football season, but you couldn't tell the kids of the Madison County Youth Football League that. On Saturday, June 12, the league held a fun day of flag football and other activities in order to help introduce the new league to the community.
In addition to football, the youngsters and parents alike enjoyed some tasty barbeque from Chris Cooks, an interesting and entertaining demonstration from the Madison County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) K9 Demonstration Team, a cake auction, raffle drawings and even a water slide to help the youngsters cool off during the warm afternoon.
