Madison Courthouse annex honors retirees

Leah Androski reporter@greenepublishing.com On Monday, Dec. 16, the Madison County Courthouse Annex held a retirement party for four of their officials that are set to retire. All four officials have worked there for a combined 40 years.  Leigh Barfield is the outgoing Madison County Property Appraiser. Barfield says her retirement plans consist of,“ working on our farm, Cattail Holler and also enjoying my family.” Anita Willoughby is the current Chief Deputy at the Property App
