Madison honors Veterans

Rick Patrick  rick@greenepublishing.com Although some clouds threatened to damper the event, a moving Veterans Day ceremony was presented on Monday, Nov. 11, in Four Freedoms Park. This was an opportunity to extend heartfelt gratitude to those who have proudly worn the uniform of the country’s armed forces. Madison County Veterans’ Affairs Officer, Kaysona Jones served as the Mistress of Ceremonies for the event. The American Legion Post 224, from Cherry Lake was also on hand to add t
