The community is invited to join together for a joint service on Sunday, Apr. 30, at the Madison Church of God. This service will be held at 6 p.m.
Several churches will be represented during the evening’s service. Bishop Octavious Tookes of Revelation Church will provide the opening.
Members of the Madison Church of God’s choir will lead the first song for those present. Bishop Retis Flowers, pastor of Midway Church of God, will speak prior to the offering.
A time of congregational praise and worship will be led by Rev. Charles Roberson, pastor of St. James Missionary Baptist Church. Following the worship time. Pastor Jackie Watts, from Fellowship Baptist Church, will bring the evening message.
At the conclusion of the service, Rev. Gary Cox, pastor of Grace Presbyterian Church will deliver the benediction.
There will be a separate youth service, led by the youth pastor of Madison Church of God, Pastor Branton Treglown.
Pastor Roland Herndon, of Madison Church of God will lead a special children’s service during this joint meeting.
Childcare will be provided for children under the age of three.
