Ethan Taylor Brooks, of Thigpen and Associates, LLC, in Madison, was presented the Extra Mile Award by the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, on Tuesday, May 2. The award winner is chosen from a list of nominated individuals.

Brooks was nominated by broker Bryant Thigpen, for his superior customer service. Bryant mentioned a particular instance in which Brooks helped an elderly couple unpack their moving truck weeks after closing on a house. Speaking of Brooks' character, Bryant wrote, “He is a man to be admired, a friend to be desired, and his work ethic as a real estate agent, he has inspired.”
Brooks is from Thomasville, Ga. He attended Southwest Georgia Technical College before moving to Madison in October 2016, to work as a realtor. He is married to Cassidee and they are expecting their first child, a boy, Coleson Howell.
