Madison residents offered spay and neuter vouchers

Leah Androski reporter@greenepublishing.com On the first Saturday of each month, from 10 a.m. until noon, visit the Jasper Public Library, located at 311 Hatley St., in Jasper, to receive information and help from the Hamco Animal Shelter about spay and neuter vouchers.  To be eligible, one must reside in Hamilton, Suwannee or Madison.
