The philosopher Plato once said, “Music is a moral law. It gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and charm and gaiety to life and to everything.” On Friday, March 13, Billy Haynie, seated, and Dean Gallagher, standing, came to the Senior Citizens Center in Madison to play music for the seniors. Sometimes it's the little things-- a nod, a smile, the sound of guitar strings vibrating to the melody of a familiar song-- that makes life just a little bit sweeter. Thanks to Billy and Dean, the folks at the Senior Citizen’s Center had a pep in their step and a smile in their hearts.
