This week's Animal Spotlights from the Madison County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) Animal Services include Puddles the kitten and George the dog.
Jennifer Burleson, the Animal Services Director, has these wonderful words to say about these two animals:
“Puddles was found during the horrible storms recently. He was outside of Jay's Pharmacy in the parking lot. Scared and soaking wet, he was brought into the pharmacy where the wonderful staff there warmed him up and dried him. Puddles is a neutered male kitten who is full of energy and looking for a family.”
“George is approximately three-years-old. He is neutered, fully vaccinated and heart-worm negative. If you are looking for a great companion who has plenty of love to give but is past the crazy puppy stage of tearing things up and chewing your shoes, this is the boy for you. George appears to possibly be a boxer and great dane mix. He is an absolute lover.”
If you or someone you know would like to adopt these animals or any other pets from the MCSO Animal Service, visit their department at 2060 Rocky Ford Rd., in Madison, or call (850) 973-6495.
