MCSO issues a Capital City Bank scam

Madison County Sheriff’s Office  Contributor Another scam attempt has been reported to be circulating in Madison County. This time, the victim receives a text message saying “Capital City Bank-Your Card was used at BEST BUY for $$$. If you didn’t perform this transaction, click go.gocar.us/ccb to cancel.” There was no reported number associated with this text, however, scammers can use any number to text or call. This is a scam.
