Mildred Marie LeBlanc Bailey, age 95, died on Monday, Nov. 7, 2016 at Madison County Memorial Hospital.
A wake will be held on Friday, Nov. 11 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., at Beggs Funeral Home, located at 235 NW Orange Ave in Madison, Fl. Visitation will be held on Saturday, Nov. 12 at 9 a.m. at Beggs Funeral Home, with funeral services to follow two hours later at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery on Highway US 90 in Greenville, Fl.
She was born on June 28, 1921 to her parents, Edward and Marie LeBlanc in White Castle, La. She was a long time member of Hopewell Baptist Church and First Baptist Church of Port Allen, La. She enjoyed her family and church family, and had a passion for gardening and making baby quilts.
She is survived by her brother, Emmitt LeBlanc; her children: Linda and Bob Hardester, Ned Bailey, Ted and Juliet Bailey, Sheila Williams Bailey, Roger and Patti Bailey, and Bonnie and Jeff Woolf; 15 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. Many nieces and nephews are also part of her loving family. She was predeceased by her spouse, Horace B Bailey; son, Bobby Bailey; granddaughter, Melissa Renee Bailey; her parents; three sisters and three brothers.
Pallbearers are Jim Verlander, Paul Bailey, Brett Bailey, David Faulk, Bailey Faulk, Rick Guiterrez, and Eddie Guiterrez.
